cash or vouchers for children`s grant

Most teenagers get the children`s grant money for their children but they don’t put it to good use, they drink the money and wear name brands just by saving up the children`s grant money. My suggestion to the government is: they should give out vouchers instead of cold cash because it does not serve the purpose of buying food and clothing in some cases. If I was the government I would go and do survey and see how the money is spent because it is not fair to tax payers to see their money spend uselessly. I guess the voucher thing will work because if the voucher is written food at Pick n pay that would bind the parent really go and buy food. What do you guys think, would the vouchers work instead of cash?

People don’t know how to dress for their bodies. I find very disturbing for us people who are looking at your body. People should hide their “missed calls” (fat hanging). It is a shame, how big ladies portray their image out there. It is so unattractive and inappropriate to dress like you just run out of clothes. There is this new thing that people do and that is buying a smaller size than what they usually wear, guys buying a smaller jean will never make you look smaller it actually make you look like an idiot. I really encourage people to buy their jean size and stop showing fat hanging it is so not COOL and we really do not wanna see.these people look uncomfortable.  Come on now!

I would want to have a small company that I could manage, thou it is small I want it to be successful. I would not want to be taken for granted because I am a woman, that I would make it clear. I would want my employees to be able to reach me for help as a boss and as friend and that build a good relationship with workers. There is nothing that I hate than to have a boss who does not want to be corrected when he/ she makes a mistake, so I would want my people to correct me because I am also a human being and I make mistakes . Because I am a playful person I would at least want to  have a team that is full of jokes although I cannot crack one , there is nothing I hate than sitting in a meeting and feel like I m in prison or in court. A happy environment makes people to work better, do you agree?

I don’t know if it is a co-incidence but whenever I gain weight, there will be ads and stories about how to lose weight and I find it so unfair because the only time I see these ads and stories is only once.  When do they have an ads or write about “HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT” because there a lot of people who need to gain weight out there. This is Africa and we are built with butt, hips and bust overall we are naturally curvy. What are they really portraying to those children who grow up with meat on their bones just like me, are we suppose not to like the way we are?  Does this mean a person should be a size 2 to be beautiful, really now? I find these ads really offensive and they should be done in Europe or America but not in Africa because it is very hard for me to explain to my 8-year-old cousin why she is curvy and Ming-Lee is not like her. curvy people are placed in the dark corner while I think they should be out there in the lime light.

HOW HARD IS TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS?

Have you ever thought about such a question? Well, I have and I think regardless of your age, race, gender and beliefs: it is very hard to follow instructions. Think about it, how many people have failed or got something wrong it because they did not follow instructions? Do you think they DUMMIES? Ummmm, if you think so that’s  too bad because you also have more than once failed to follow instructions, so clearly you categories yourself as a “DUMMY” . You know what whenever I fail to follow instructions, I just blame it on the universe!
