Most teenagers get the children`s grant money for their
children but they don’t put it to good use, they drink the money and wear name
brands just by saving up the children`s grant money. My suggestion to the government
is: they should give out vouchers instead of cold cash because it does not serve
the purpose of buying food and clothing in some cases. If I was the government I
would go and do survey and see how the money is spent because it is not fair to
tax payers to see their money spend uselessly. I guess the voucher thing will
work because if the voucher is written food at Pick n pay that would bind the
parent really go and buy food. What do you guys think, would the vouchers work
instead of cash?
